Ancient Minerals 鎂浴鹽片

The flakes dissolve completely in warm water, no grainy residue left behind. I've been sleeping much deeper since using them a few times a week.

After a long run, my legs felt like concrete until I soaked with these. They dissolve completely and the lack of fragrance is actually a plus for me. I’ve been sleeping deeper every night since.

I got these hoping to sleep better and honestly the difference showed up around night three. Two cups in a warm tub and my shoulders finally unclench, plus there's zero fragrance which I appreciate since most bath salts give me a headache.
