Enviromedica Bee-Ome Gold 功能性蜂蜜

The thick honey has a pleasant herbal taste that's not too sweet, and I've noticed my digestion feels steadier since starting it. Stirring a spoonful into my morning tea gives me a nice little energy lift that lasts through the morning without any crash.

Been taking this every morning stirred into warm tea and I do feel my digestion is more regular without that bloated feeling later. The spore-based probiotics in the honey are a nice touch, makes it easier to stick with than a pill.

The texture is thicker than regular honey, and that spore-based probiotic blend makes it feel like I’m actually doing something for my gut rather than just sweetening my tea. A spoonful after lunch keeps my energy steady through the afternoon without any crash.
